Cloud-first tools, not office-dependent service
All client work runs through cloud accounting platforms. Documents, data and reports are shared securely online, so the quality of service does not depend on physical proximity. Clients in Edinburgh get the same output as clients in Bethnal Green.
Video calls replace most in-person meetings
Discovery calls, onboarding sessions, tax reviews and management reporting check-ins all happen over video. Most clients find they need less face-to-face time than expected — and save travel time in the process.
Two offices for in-person appointments
Where face-to-face meetings are useful, the firm has two locations: Suite 310, The Pillbox, Bethnal Green, London, and Mendip Court, Wells, Somerset (trading as Probusiness, acquired 2023). In-person appointments are available at both by prior arrangement.
